Ethernet relay board IA-2661-E is equipped with LAN (TCP/IP) interface firmware that enables control over single board or group of boards at once to facilitate efficient computer control via Ethernet, local network, or wireless network. Assigned with IP address, board can be controlled and monitored via included software utility or open source code software examples. Self-contained solution includes onboard pluggable screw terminal blocks, Ethernet port, and local MCU.

The IA-2661-E – Ethernet based TTL/LVTTL/30VDC Industrial Digital Input Controller was designed to fit ATE needs, where testing a variety of products kind while making sure of testing them at their precise terms and environment led the designer to offer a wide support, including the option of changing the Pull-up source to 3.3V, 5V, GND level or up to 30VDC wired from the UUT power source into the IA-2661-E Signal Selector when and if needed.
The Board is assigned with an IP address, and can be controlled and monitored simply by a software utility that is included in the software support package, or it can be controlled by the open source code software examples, making use of the most capable MS Studio software driver.

Comparing to alternative solutions that are based on Ribbon expansion method, and force the use of additional cables and Screw Terminal Expansion Boards, the IA-2661-E product is of self-contained method, includes onboard Pluggable Screw Terminal Blocks, Ethernet Port and a local Microcontroller, providing most efficient, economic, compact, multichannel Digital Input solution.

The IA-2661-E Digital Input controller includes 96 input channels that are capable of handling 3.3V LVTTL signals, 5V TTL signals and up to 32VDC signals, with a Positive or Negative Logic, user definable. These 96 channels are divided into 6 groups while each group can be defined differently.
Data can be logged by polling or it can be set to generate a software interrupt for any change on Digital Input Status or by a preset timing.

There is another Series board member, the IA-2662-E unit that includes 48 input channels rather than 96 channels, and includes 48 output channels as well.
The IA-2661-E fits a wide range of industrial applications as Machine Interface, Data Acquisition, Absolute Encoder Reading and ATE, Automatic Testing.
